Seller Policy

To sell on MaacsDream, register a buyer account, then submit a vendor application from your dashboard. Applications are reviewed before your storefront and listings can go live.

MaacsDream may request additional information to verify your identity or business before approval, and may decline or revoke verification at its discretion.

Listings must accurately describe the product, digital good, service or survey being offered, including price, currency, available quantity (where relevant) and realistic delivery expectations.

Prohibited, illegal, counterfeit or infringing items may not be listed. MaacsDream may remove a listing that does not meet these standards.

You choose the price and currency for each listing. Online checkout currently supports currencies accepted by our payment processor, PayPal; listings in other currencies can still be arranged through the inquiry tool.

You are responsible for fulfilling paid orders promptly: shipping physical products, delivering digital access, or performing agreed services, and for keeping buyers reasonably informed of status or delays.

Checkout payments are collected via PayPal. Vendor payouts are currently processed manually by MaacsDream on a periodic basis rather than split automatically at the moment of sale; you can review your paid orders from your vendor dashboard.

This process may change as the Platform grows; vendors will be notified of any change to the payout method or schedule.

Any commission or service fee that applies to your sales will be disclosed to you in your vendor dashboard or vendor agreement before it takes effect. MaacsDream will provide reasonable notice before introducing or changing fees.

Vendors must communicate with buyers honestly and promptly, honour the terms of their own listings, and may not manipulate reviews, misrepresent their identity, or attempt to move a buyer off-platform to avoid these Terms after being introduced through MaacsDream.

Vendors operate as independent sellers, not as employees, agents or partners of MaacsDream. Nothing in these policies creates an employment, agency, partnership or joint-venture relationship.

Vendors are solely responsible for determining and paying any taxes that apply to their sales in their own jurisdiction. MaacsDream does not provide tax advice.

MaacsDream may suspend or terminate a vendor account for violating these policies, repeated unresolved buyer complaints, or as required by law, with notice where reasonably practical.
