Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MaacsDream website, mobile experience and related services (the "Platform"), operated by MaacsDream ("MaacsDream", "we", "us").

By creating an account, browsing listings, placing an order or applying as a vendor, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your country of residence, to create an account or place an order on MaacsDream.

By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Notify us immediately at the contact address below if you believe your account has been compromised.

MaacsDream is a venue that connects independent vendors with buyers. Vendors — not MaacsDream — are responsible for the accuracy, quality, legality and fulfilment of the products, digital goods and services they list.

Where checkout is available, MaacsDream (or its payment processor, PayPal) collects payment on behalf of the vendor as part of operating the Platform; this does not make MaacsDream the manufacturer, publisher or direct provider of a vendor's listing.

Buyers agree to provide accurate order, shipping and contact information, to communicate with vendors in good faith, and to use the Platform's messaging and inquiry tools appropriately.

Buyers are responsible for reviewing a listing's description, price, currency and vendor terms before purchasing or sending an inquiry.

Vendors must provide accurate listing information (including price, currency, availability and delivery expectations), honour orders placed in good faith, and respond to buyer inquiries in a timely manner.

Vendor accounts are subject to a verification review before listings go live, and remain subject to ongoing compliance with these Terms and the separate Seller Policy.

Listings are priced by vendors in the currency they select. Online checkout is currently available for listings priced in a currency supported by our payment processor, PayPal; other listings may need to be arranged directly with the vendor through the inquiry system.

All checkout payments are processed by PayPal. MaacsDream does not directly collect or store your card details.

You may not use the Platform to list or request anything illegal, counterfeit, stolen, hazardous, or that infringes another party's intellectual property or privacy rights.

Harassment, fraud, misrepresentation, attempts to circumvent Platform fees by moving transactions off-platform after a listing was found through MaacsDream, and manipulation of reviews or ratings are all prohibited.

By submitting a review, listing description, message or other content, you grant MaacsDream a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce and distribute that content on the Platform.

Reviews must reflect a genuine experience. MaacsDream may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law, and may suspend accounts that submit fraudulent reviews.

The MaacsDream name, logo and platform design are the property of MaacsDream. Vendors retain ownership of their own listing content but grant MaacsDream a license to display it as part of operating the Platform.

MaacsDream may suspend or terminate any account, or remove any listing, that violates these Terms, the Seller Policy, or applicable law, with or without prior notice where reasonably necessary to protect the Platform or its users.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us; certain records may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy for legal, accounting or dispute-resolution purposes.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. MaacsDream does not guarantee that any vendor listing, review or search result is complete, accurate or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MaacsDream's aggregate liability arising from your use of the Platform is limited to the amount of fees you paid to MaacsDream (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold MaacsDream harmless from claims, damages and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your listings, or your misuse of the Platform, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, where MaacsDream is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles — without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you under the law of your own country of residence.

We encourage buyers and vendors to first attempt to resolve disputes directly or through MaacsDream support before pursuing formal proceedings.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date on this page, and, where appropriate, additional notice will be provided.
